EasyLobby Administrator is a separate program that can be installed on any Windows-based PC on the network. Typically, the Administrator program will be used by one or more system administrators or security managers to:
  • Create and maintain the visitor database(s) used by SVM
  • Establish passwords and security access levels for the users of SVM (different user security levels include Novice, Operator, Manager, Administrator)
  • Determine various default settings and preferences for the operation of SVM
  • Optionally setup SVM to run in Self-Registration or Kiosk mode, which allows visitors to sign themselves in and print their own badges without being able to look at any other visitor or company data (available languages include English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portugese).
  • Run reports and searches against the visitor database
  • Monitor visitors checking in and out of all locations, in real-time, from any PC on the network
 
Licensing Terms:
 
One license to Administrator is included free with each licensed copy of SVM. Additional licenses can be purchased, if needed, for monitorning and reporting purposes.
