Package Mobile™ let's you track packages
Most of our customers are familiar with the many features of our visitor management solutions - helping to improve the badging and tracking of visitors within their facilities. But fewer customers are aware that our system can also improve the delivery and tracking of packages that come into their facilities.
 Package Mobile™ allows you to deliver packages to employees, tenants, etc., throughout your facilities and campuses on a portable PDA with integrated signature capture and barcode scanning, without the need for a wireless network. You can capture multiple signatures for each package received and delivered. The PDA automatically syncs data to and from your EasyLobby Package database when placed in its cradle. EasyLobby Package Mobile comes pre-installed on a full-featured, rugged Symbol hand-held computer with integrated barcode scanning and signature capture. It has an alpha-numeric keypad and is rugged enough for most industrial uses.

| Product Highlight - Metrologic Barcode Scanner
If you are managing a busy facility you may want to consider using the Metrologic handled barcode reader to check out visitors and guests. Metrologic Instruments (now part of Honeywell) manufacturers this easy-to-use barcode scanner.
Simply choose one of the EasyLobby badge templates which prints a barcode on the badge as your template when scanning in visitors and guests. You can then scan the barcode when the visitor leaves to quickly and automatically check the visitor out. The barcode reader can also be used with multi-day badges for contractors or consultants to check them in and out each day that they are onside, without have to re-issue these individuals new badges each day.

| EasyLobby Helps You With Software Updates
Software updates (point releases) are made available periodically throughout the year. These updates typically contain one or more new features and enhancements that customers have asked us to add to the product, along with any minor bug fixes.
As a registered customer you may elect to purchase an Annual Support and Maintenance Contract, which provides you with software updates for one year as well as software upgrades for one year. Customers that are on our annual maintenance plan will automatically receive email notifications with embedded download links whenever a new software update is available. Updates can usually be downloaded and installed in just a few minutes and they do not affect any of your existing data, customizations or settings.
